Brûlé began in 2018 as a small roastery in a converted warehouse. We believed that great coffee deserved more than a paper cup and a rushed transaction — it deserved ritual, attention, and community.
Today, we source directly from 12 farms across three continents, roast in small batches every Tuesday and Friday, and train every barista to understand the full journey from seed to cup.
